Christian can be a little pushy to start off with (what salesman isn't), but I had an excellent experience working with him. I pre-ordered a Corolla in Dec 2022, and wanted to change my financing options a month later (still before the car came in), and he immediately helped me swap my options. He will listen to you, and do everything in his power to meet your asks. Just be direct. Will buy my next car from him as well.

Awesome experience with this dealership and it’s team members. Bought the car over the phone from Vancouver WA. The application was simple, the approval came very quick, got an incredible rate. Flew to North Carolina, arrived at the dealership by 5:30 PM, paperwork was ready, signed and was done and gone in less than an hour, absolutely unheard of for a dealership. Recently purchased a rav4 from this dealership. Salesperson Chris knew the mechanical details of the vehicle and was able to discuss these details with me. I was definitely quizzing him to test his product knowledge. Really the best product knowledge I have seen from a new car salesperson.
