Don’t waste your time with this dealership. Serious buyer; found a vehicle I wanted and tried to make a deal including trading my pristine condition, low mileage car. After more than three days of back and forth with optimistic comments that he’d do right by me they informed me that the price of the vehicle had gone up because “it was very desirable”, so nothing off on the sales price. They misrepresented the mileage by approximately 50% less than actual (claimed ~10k, but was close to 15k). Sticker price on the Car was $40,235, the unlocked price was $36,129, and the salesperson told me it was even less at$35,400. I called on July 3rd and dealership confirmed car was in stock. I applied for the loan online and sales manager was informed. I check the next morning and the car was in stock. I traveled for 2.5 hours and when I arrived they said the car had been sold. Experience was rather quick and painless. All details of the price breakdown were not provided at time of sale and had to be confirmed when signing paperwork, Mainly around adding extended warranty. This dealership sold me a LEMON. Bought a brand new 2023 rav4 XLE on 6/23. Called 6/26 as I already needed gas noticed a gas leak and was told I overfilled the tank. Few days later my check gas cap light came on and check engine. Read code and it stated gas cap and EVAP leak. I tried to obtain the $99 per month corolla but they told me since rht e-marketing was in their favor they couldn't honor that price. I pay $299 per month for a base corolla. Christian can be a little pushy to start off with (what salesman isn't), but I had an excellent experience working with him. I pre-ordered a Corolla in Dec 2022, and wanted to change my financing options a month later (still before the car came in), and he immediately helped me swap my options. Sale staffs are great to deal with but I could not see myself paying a 10% Market Adjustment above MSRP. The car I wanted to purchase has a MSRP of $40k + $4k (market adjustment) = $44k Sale Price. This is a purely a mark up with nothing, zero, nada dealer added option. They didnt even offer frivilous stuff stain protection, paint and dent protection, oh and the most frivilous of all, “Nitrogen” filled tires. Awesome experience with this dealership and it’s team members. Bought the car over the phone from Vancouver WA. The application was simple, the approval came very quick, got an incredible rate. Flew to North Carolina, arrived at the dealership by 5:30 PM, paperwork was ready, signed and was done and gone in less than an hour, absolutely unheard of for a dealership. Had a service appointment on Friday. When I got to the dealership they didn't have my appointment but would try to work me in. It would be at least 2 hours until I could get in so I left. I was there getting service on my wife's car on Wednesday just 2 days before and had made the appointment for my car on Tuesday evening. Went in multiple times with the same issue that my truck was pulling to the right. It was under warranty but claimed everything was fine. Didn’t even get 30,000 miles out of my tires because of edge wear. Eric was one of the most rude people I’ve ever dealt with. He said it was because I took left hand turns too fast. I went in to have my oil changed and have my battery checked because my battery light. Indicator came on I told the assistant service manager to have the mechanic check my alternator because the battery is brand new they did not check the battery they did not check the alternator and as I was leaving from Huntersville to Concord my engine completely cut off right in front of Advance Auto in Concord poor service not listen to the customers and doing what they want to do.

I brought my truck in on Wednesday. The service rep told me they would have the part in on Thursday. I was informed on Thursday that the part did not come in. Got a call Friday that they ordered the wrong part but it would be in later that day. They do not even offer KBB or NADA value. I will not give my car away and carry double negative equity on a new car.
