Thanksgiving Family 5K
Celebrate 10 years of this race by joining in on the fun! It’s a great way to burn off those extra calories you’ll be eating on turkey day! The race will take place on November 25 from 8 a.m.-11 a.m. All you’ll need is a $15 donation! Also, kids under six get to race for free! Come on down to Fleet Fleet Sports in Birkdale at 16620 Cranlyn Road #100 in Huntersville, North Carolina!
Lucky Spot 11th Annual Community Thanksgiving Giveback Event
The holidays are a time for giving back to those less fortunate than others. And, with the cost of turkeys at an all-time high, the need for some extra help is high! Come on down on November 23 at 5:30 p.m. to receive a free turkey! Don’t want any face-to-face contact? No problem! This is a drive-thru at Bette Rae Recreation Center! We’re located at 2921 Tuckaseegee Road, Charlotte, North Carolina! Be sure to register beforehand!
Chickadee Hill Farms Tree Festival 2021
If you’re looking for some fun after Thanksgiving, then look no further than here! This event will be going on from November 26-December 4 for only $10-$15! You’ll have a chance to win a fully decorated tree, a $1,000 money tree, games, and Santa! Santa will make his appearance on Friday-Sunday from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. and Monday-Thursday from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. Come on down to 181 E Monbo Road in Statesville, North Carolina.
Novant Health Thanksgiving Parade
If you’re looking for a parade with all of the sights and sounds of Thanksgiving, then we’ve got what you’re looking for! This event will be on November 24 at 6 p.m. This parade will be on Tyron Street in Charlotte! Bring the whole family along to celebrate 75 years!
Cookies with Santa
If you want to eat cookies with Santa, then this is the event for you! This will take place on November 24 from 4 p.m.-5:30 p.m at 100 W Trade Street, Charlotte, North Carolina. You’ll need to purchase a ticket for $35 beforehand, though! You can enjoy a festive drink, a cookie, a fruit cup or rice treat, and a photo with Santa! Don’t miss this event! You’ll want Santa to get your Christmas list!
